Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused in their original packaging and condition. To return merchandise, first contact shop@machershop.com for further instruction.

Once items are received by MĀCHER, refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items include: All seasonal items, edible/food items, special orders, and fine art.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. MĀCHER does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to MĀCHER. Merchandise may also be returned in person at any MĀCHER shop location.
